SAN FRANCISCO — Shine Louise Houston’s Pink and White Productions has teamed with Folsom Street Events to present „an extensive selection of BDSM-themed adult films“ via its streaming platform PinkLabel.tv for online attendees of the Folsom Street Fair, hosted by Margaret Cho, this Sunday.
The virtual celebration will livestream from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (PDT) at FolsomStreetFair.org.
Folsom Street Fair, founded in 1984, is billed as the world’s largest leather and fetish event and third-largest outdoor event in California. Earlier this year, organizers elected to pivot to a virtual celebration in response to the pandemic.
“?The safety and wellbeing of our attendees and community members are our top priority,“ Interim Executive Director Angel Adeyoha said. „It was a hard decision to cancel our in-person events this year, but we hold ourselves and our events to the highest safety standards. Our team of staff and board members take their responsibility to our communities incredibly seriously.“
San Francisco Mayor London M. Breed praised the decision. “I know the cancellation of in-person celebrations of the Folsom Street Fair and [concurrent event] Up Your Alley is disappointing, but it is best for the health and safety of everyone involved,
