LOS ANGELES — Director Steve Balderson has released his first memoir, „Year of the Whore.“
According to a rep, the memoir chronicles his „sexual reawakening, intense love affairs, career milestones and soul-stirring transformation,“ and is slated to go into production as a feature film later this year.
Fundraising for the film adaptation, „Love, Venezia,“ which will star both adult and mainstream actors, will kick off on June 1 on Indiegogo.
“I’m excited for the world to be able to read this memoir,“ enthused Balderson. „It is like nothing you’ve ever read. You will be amazed at what takes place in the one hundred and nineteen pages of the book. There have been many sexual awakening books, but very few with a gay protagonist that almost everyone can relate to.“
